Welcome to the Take Root parenting program! Please complete this overview and enroll in at least 1 age-specific program track.

Take Root is designed for parents of children from birth to 3-years-old and includes three program tracks (i.e., 0-6 months, 6-12 months, and 1-3 years), each of which includes three interactive modules. Through this program you will learn positive parenting techniques, stress management strategies, and health promotion skills that are essential to helping your infant or toddler be happy and healthy.
