Welcome to Childhood Sexual Behavior: Understanding, Preventing, and Responding. This supplemental parent education module is designed to help families recognize what constitutes typical sexual behavior in children and gain the knowledge and skills they can use to prevent and appropriately respond to behaviors that may be concerning or inappropriate.

Contributing authors include individuals from the National Center on the Sexual Behavior of Youth who have areas of expertise, including the assessment and treatment of children who have experienced traumatic events and children with problematic sexual behavior (PSB).
